What You’ll Do
As a facilitator, you should be adept at creating interactive experiences and possess the knack for captivating large audiences in an educational setting. While this is a voluntary role, your invaluable contribution of time and expertise will earn you a spot as an esteemed sponsor for the event, acknowledging your pivotal role in shaping the UNPLUG experience.
Criteria for Consideration

Relevance to the Theme: Your topic should resonate with the conference theme, and be tailored to inspire our audience of HR and Business professionals.

Expertise: A proven track record in the HR sector or a related field is preferred, showcasing your credibility and depth of knowledge.

Engagement: We value presentations that are interactive and engage the audience, not just traditional lectures.

Feedback: Previous speaking feedback or testimonials are beneficial, but not mandatory.

Originality: Fresh perspectives and unique insights are highly desired. Preference will be given to talks that haven't been presented elsewhere.

Value Alignment: Proposals should be in line with the mission and vision of the UNPLUG, focusing on the future of work, well-being, and self-care.

Diversity of Thought: We seek a diversity array of speakers from different background, industries, and viewpoints to enrich our event.

Session Length: Proposed session should fit within our format, typically ranging from 20-minute keynotes to 45-minute workshops.
