  The UNPLUG Experience isn’t your typical conference—and we’re not just looking for traditional speakers.

  We're looking for bold, authentic, people-first leaders who can challenge outdated norms, spark real conversations, and equip our audience to reclaim what matters most in life and work.

Whether you lead powerful talks, facilitate meaningful connection, guide wellness or mindset practices, or bring creative performances that move the room—we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

  We’re looking for speakers, storytellers, facilitators, artists, energizers, and experience builders who can inspire, challenge, and rehumanize the workplace from the stage and beyond it.

     We’re seeking speakers and storytellers who:

 

  • Are passionate about rehumanizing the workplace

  • Have lived experience and/or research-based insights

  • Speak with both depth and relatability

  • Can bring energy, vulnerability, and practical takeaways

This is a seasoned, thoughtful audience that’s craving meaningful dialogue—not motivational fluff.

                               Speaker Terms & Participation Agreement  

​

     By completing this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:  

​

  1. Compensation & Travel:

    • The UNPLUG Experience does not provide speaker honorariums or cover travel/lodging expenses unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  2. Scheduling & Participation:

    • You confirm your availability to speak in-person in Atlanta, GA between April 8–10, 2026 or virtually in a Special Session leading up to the event.

    • You agree to participate in at least one content planning call to finalize session details.

  3. Promotion:

    • If selected, you agree to actively promote your participation in the event across your social media channels and/or email list.

    • You also grant The HR Plug permission to promote your name, likeness, session title, and bio as part of event marketing.

  4. Content & Format Flexibility:

    • The UNPLUG content team retains final editorial discretion over the format of your session (keynote, panel, fireside chat, etc.).

    • While your preferred format will be considered, final placement on the event agenda is confirmed after your content planning call.
