UNPLUG was founded by LaShawn Davis, creator of The HR Plug, a consultancy helping organizations repair broken cultures and rebuild environments where people actually want to work. After years in HR witnessing burnout firsthand, she built UNPLUG to give leaders a place to heal before they lead again.
